Fred has both a construction and real estate background. He worked construction for many years as a young adult. Fred pursued a career in real estate where he fell in love with the Home inspection aspect of Real Estate transactions. Eventually, he took the leap and got licensed as a NYS Home Inspector. Fred Leverages his real estate expertise, along with his knowledge of construction systems to serve his clients in all aspects of their transactions. He is a history buff, and brings his knowledge of local history to work everyday! When Fred isn’t inspecting, he loves exploring the outdoors and spending time with his family. He’s also a golfer and enjoys playing at all of our local courses!
Clara Lawrence Owner and Office Manager
Clara graduated with her Master's Degree in Adult Education and has worked alongside Fred Lawrence, her husband, to build En-Spect Environmental into the cutting edge Home Inspection and Environmental Testing company it is today. Clara was born and raised in the Binghamton area and is very involved in the community. She loves to hike and run in her spare time and spend time with her family. She is very proud to be one of the only woman owned inspection companies in the area. Clara loves her clients and is passionate about serving them!
